How can I find out which apartments are free?
Just call us or send an inquiry. For a specific offer we need the following information:
- When do you want to start renting the apartment?
- How long are you expecting to stay?
- How many persons are going to live in the apartment?
- How many (bed)rooms do you need?
What costs do I have to expect?
The following costs will be charged at every rental:
- rent (including operational cost)
- electricity based on what you use
- final cleaning
The following costs are optional and will be charged only in case you use the service:
- internet flat rate
- use of the in-house washing machine and dryer
- regular cleaning service
Will operational costs be charged separately?
The operational costs are included in the overall rent.
Except: electricity. Electricity will be charged for in addition to the rent based on what you use.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit equals one month’s rent and has to be paid when you receive the keys.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. The minimum rental period is four weeks.
Do I have to observe a notice period?
Yes. If you rent the apartment for an unlimited period, you have to observe a period of notice of two weeks to the mid of a month and to the end of a month. For example, you can terminate the contract on the 10th of the month to the end of the month in question or on the 20th of the month to the 15th of the following month.
As an alternative you can fix the contract to a certain date (fixed period).
How are the apartments equipped?
The apartments are completely furnished including TV set and equipped kitchen. Please bring your own towels and bed linen. You can also buy them here at cost price.
Usually the bedrooms have double beds (2 mattresses of 90 cm each) which can not be separated from each other. However, some apartments have single beds in their bedrooms. These rooms can also be used as home office or the like.
Is there a possibility to store things?
Yes. If necessary you can rent lockable cellar rooms at extra charge. Of course these rooms are dry and clean.
Where can I park my car?
There are outside parking lots in front of, next to and behind the building. The use of the parking lots is included in the rent.
Is there a connection to the internet?
Yes. If required, each apartment has its own internet signal which can be used via WLAN or cable. Internet use will be charged for in addition to the rent at a flat rate without volume limitation.
Will the apartments be cleaned regularly?
No, there is no regular cleaning provided. However, a cleaning service can be organized if required.
May I bring my pet?
This is not allowed. As a matter of respect for other residents, this is not possible.
How far away is the highway?
The highway junction with connection to the directions of Trier, Coblenz, Aachen and Frankfurt is only five minutes away.
How can I pay the apartment?
Payment is possible either cash or by transfer. EC and credit cards or cheques will not be accepted.
Is it possible to extend the rental period?
Of course it is. Please contact us as soon as possible. If it is not possible to keep your present room due to a new booking, we will be pleased to look for an alternative apartment for you.
